I'll take better pictures. the deck mod..... No idea .. i forget who was over but one idea was that there could have been some damage to the deck... or it was just a cool mod.

there shouldn't be too much work to get this in shape for next season... just some elbow grease and a bit of fiber.

i have no clue how heavy it is...

Very nice. So 2.6 Yamaha power, 6" setback, fuel cell, tach and water pressure gauge, race cable pulley steering and a cool wrap instead of paint or gel refinishing ??

Oh and a seat

For the most part the plan is a 2.6 ideally around 225 hp i will put a manual jack on.. Then the basics. I think if steve is putting hyd on the AE I'll grab the original dual rideguide off him.

I will get you the control cables and steering James. Not sure what I'm doing , but I will be adding 6" of setback for sure, so I need longer steering cables at the very least, so consider it a done deal.I may need a Cole custom oil resovoir for the lower unit too, I'll have to ask Rick what is required.

Steve
