Here's something else I've been holding on to and forgotten about.
Wagner Hydraulic Steering System best suited for a lower HP motors (under 150), can also be adapted for I/O use.
http://s1077.photobucket.com/albums/w46 ... 0Steering/This was fully functioning when last used, includes 9' lines, helm pump, ram, a very comprehensive manual with block diagrams and rebuild info, complete new seal kits for both units and adaptor to connect it to a Merc tilt tube (other styles are available from Wagner in BC).
It's a little unusual from the main stream but I assure you, this is a quality unit and Wagner were great to deal with when I had questions.
FYI - I checked with Princess Auto about having lines made, they assure me they can do so.
