Had thought about posting this for the 29th but the get together is already on that weekend and sounds like a blast.
So if anyone is interested in running Rice Lake and the river up to Peterborough lets make it happen. . . of course I'd have to be a passenger in some ones boat.
It's a great lake for large and small boats alike as well as any speed. The river is great at high speed ( or any )

It may be a bit close to the HPBC weekend.
But if enough want to make it I'm in.

I've gotta work actually...but I've done that run twice in the past and really enjoyed it both times.

Not sure how many times we've run that river, but I know a couple times have been in the rain. Believe it or not...it's still a great time even when your face is getting pelting with rain! Great memories! Not sure if we'll be there or not....we've got a shop taking priority right now.

Looks like way too late of an idea to make it a decent run , and with the weekend right after as well.
