Rare 40, 50 & 60 short shaft triples

Yamaha 6H4 is the 40 hp...the 6H5 is the 50 hp (posted in this thread)
Yamaha 63D is a 50 hp ....it has the larger gearcase same as the 55 and 70CES Yamahas

Mercury and Mariner have 52 cubic inch versions & 59 cubic inch in 40, 50 & 60 hp.
Mercury and Mariner have 40 $ 50 hp 43 cubic inch versions built by Tohatsu.

Tohatsu/Nissan have 40 & 50 hp versions.

Once most transom heights became 20 inches dealers didn’t order many 15 inch (short Shaft).
