That's his 13' mold. I've run with him and Don multiple times with multiple motors on it, runs really well! I also have some video of it flying with a 90 Merc if anyone wants to see that. Could be an interesting hull to play with!

They didn't make many of the Murphy13 footers. With those molds still around, I wonder if Andrew, Tom and Chris could hook up and build some light weight 13 foot comp Murphy hulls?

They are the 13 molds.
Currently on the 9th coat of hull mold wax.
A couple more to go and will be laying up a race version.

In their 3 cylinder class they race many small tunnels...especially with the lower horsepower motors

They are successful running Sport C hulls with 40 to 70 hp and SST60 hulls with 90 yamahas.
The tunnel would be a much easier boat to drive....the added surface of the tunnel disadvantage is eliminated because of the rolling start and the extra horsepower.
