I put my XR together from bare hull and motor all apart except powerhead 3 weeks before Gravenhurst. Just did it on weeknights mostly and and all nighter Friday before drags. If i seemed a bit out of it on the Saturday maybe had something to do with staying up 45 straight hours.. That's racin'

Gonna thrash this weekend, but if I don't get it wet Sunday I won't be entering it. Been 4 years since I've driven it, and have made a ton of changes. I want a little seat time before I flog it on a race course lol....
