OPBRA Rule clarification Q's:

Safety Rules:

- 17: must T's have ship to shore radio?...not required per T Rules. If yes, we may still have Fisher Price baby monitor.

- 19: must T's have fire extinguisher?...not required per T Rules.

Rowboat validated T rules are followed to extent that neither radio nor extinguisher required for T.
LC, I was more concerned about you being distracted by LC Jr from incessant coaching you require while underway.
As always, just follow Voodoo611, we'll get u safely to shore, change ur pants, administer pacifier & blanky.
