Thanks guys - the 15" made a world of difference in the look of the boat. Didn't go to crazy yesterday as I was just testing the waters with everything being all new but it felt great. Motor height is going to be played with a bit here and there but that is all the fun part. Like my dad was saying - it turned out great, and I'm super happy with it all and I'm glad I did the project because of the improvement over what it was. But that being said, I am in no rush to do another project, its definitely a lot of time and takes a lot of patience especially the closer and closer you get to being finished.

I'm just looking forward to some different events now to be able to get out and use the boat. Anybody have any ideas for when some might be coming up?

Upcoming event?...Summer.
If you have not finalized floatation, an economical(much cheaper than dock floatation foam) & easy application is to buy suitable length pool cover water ballast bags, fill with canned construction foam, tuck/secure under deck. You can form them a bit as they harden, easy to remove when required.
Your immaculate boat builds are becoming remarkably boring, well done:)

Ya I really like the 15" both for looks and handling. Boat seems to set much nicer as the speed picks up. Just all around smoother ride now. Just above 1" at the moment - just waiting for some nicer weather to head back out and keep playing with set up. This is the fun part now :D

Looks great, really makes me miss mine, same year/same colours! I liked it better without the windshield, I found the windshield just directed it at my face.
