There are a number of people trying to buy parts and boats to put a T boat combo together.
If you are looking for a nitro OMC T850 gear case they are rare and currently not many around.
If you are looking for a Pro 50 Yamaha original short shaft. They were always rare .
The easy parts to find are T750 OMC parts. If you cannot find 60 hp short shaft search 50 and 40 hp.
Buying a complete package is best. If you can get a T850 for $5000. It is a good buy.
$500.00 project boats like Deltas will end up costing a lot of time and money and you will never get what you put into it, out of it when you sell. The boat will always be a project to the next buyer.
Rigging and good props cost a lot of money!
Composite built boats are lighter and stronger. Broken boats cost money and time too fix. Boats that broke are difficult to sell.

Yes, he does. If a T750 racer wants a package deal right away and does not want to wait for a new boat to be built Top Gun can sell you the red boat with the package and just order a replacement for me.
I have lots of parts for 50 hp Yamaha. If your a racer I will help. I also have props to test. Pro 50 short shaft Yamaha's are good motors!

A question that was asked: lf you got a T850 OMC boat with the transom drilled for the 3 cylinder, could you put the steering arm from the 2 cylinder in the swivel bracket of the 3 cylinder so you could reused the rest of the 3 cylinder bracket including the thru transom trim without drilling additional holes?
Kevi can confirm, but I think the 2 cylinder steering arm is a bit longer so you would need a small spacer to make it work.
The T750 performance is getting faster as we develop the class. It is an advantage for drivers weighing less than 150 lbs. speeds are now in the low 60's. That is not far off where some T850 boats use to run.

I would love to race my delta but havent been able to find the parts that make it competitive.I still need a bunch of stuff to get it there, the nitro case and power trim are the big ones i would need. The T750 guys run the 2 cylinder omc stuff right?

Most run the 2cyl OMC in t750 but there is quite a mix of engines. What do currently have?

Ive got a couple 49ci motors, the surf 60 and a 70 hp. Have been trying to acquire all the goodies while weve been finishing the boat. Im impressed how quick the T750 boats are getting, over 60 is haulin for a 2 cylinder

Lots of 2 cylinders around cheap. I just sold one for under $1000 with fresh pistons and ccm reeds. If you go 850, make sure to use that surf 60 hood. I like the look of that!

Haha we are going to run the surf 60 hood on whichever motor we decide to run, it is a pretty cool old motor. The 2 cylinder stuff going over 60 is sweet, especially because im under 150 like hounddog mentioned. Id rather stick with the 3 cylinder stuff for now though, ive already got a few of them
