I could be wrong, but I'd expect those to be kind of heavy and slow. Pure tunnels work as high powered light boats. A Viper, 16DL, my 16 Baja...there are better options.

The guy selling it doesn't know to much about it.Would like to know the year and how it performed speed wise and handling and if would be a good boat to buy. Any thing that I should look for to know if it is in good shape. Any details would be helpful. Is it worth the price he is asking.
thanks

Weight? Grews are decent boats. I have seen these in a brochure only larger the last couple of years of production. Cool little boat, only a 70 on it. Can't be too fast.

With the 70 it only saw a best of around 47mph. But its a heavyer boat. A friend had the same boat with a 2005 merc 115 on it with jack plate and its would do 62mph with throttle to spare, over that it got a bit hairy but at the time we were young teenagers and driver experience was probably a factor. The boats a 2003, was in great shape when sold. I told the new owner to put the fuel tank back into the back of the boat, not sure if they did. Its a wet boat, don't expect to go any great leangth of distance with out getting soaked lol. Its a true tunnel, no centre sponson. I almost want another to mess around with and see what it will do. Asfar as a performance boat they were more built for the look, and cruising, i dont think they were ever intended for 80+. They also porpus real bad under 35 mph
