No the old engine haralson had was done up already. the talk of it being worn out was total bullshit.
no worn out 56 cu in runs mid 50's on a fishing boat with 2 blokes and lots of fishing gear.
go read the bollocks he wrote about it.
its a 20 inch engine with 2.42 gears, not a short 15 with nitro box
that engine ran very well, and if you look at the pics the engine it goes on a weldbuilt. the boat is just off to the right in one pic.
the engine is on a stand being painted camo.
he might now have a havoc , I have no idea what he has now, might have 10 boats for all I know.
he talked about having 90 psi on all 3 cylinders and lots of bullshit because he got called out on his speeds when the
radar showed him to be way off.

I dont seethe point in lying when 56 mph is an extremely good speed for a duck boat..

the engine he is running now is the one he says "fast fred" built him, totally different engine from what he says on strictly.
cant possibly be running the engine on a boat and it being rebuilt at same time can you.
to me that says atleast a different powerhead.

I understand you got a different story, he told so many lies its unreal
the man is a total fantasist.

But the duck boat racing is good fun, I like watching how crap they are when they see a tiny bit of chop.
some of those guys are head down, chin out, legs wedged in and hanging on for dear life.
good fun.
