Once again it makes NO sense what so ever to ace at a TORC race but not be a TORC member. Why for any reason would any TORC Drag Racer be a member of the Saskatoon Outboard Club and not a TORC Member ?
Let's make this clear here !!!! My goal is from now on to have every TORC Drag Racer be a TORC member. Drag Racing is a class of outboard racing that TORC offers so we will continue to move forward. If there is any intention otherwise this should be voiced immediately. Yes TORC was fantastic in opening up their club to T & Drag Race classes but these racers are now part of TORC and unless otherwise there should be no reason to think or feel any different ........ Correct me if I am wrong please ?

I am going to contact the Membership director for full guidance on the cost and to be forwarded the 2016 Membership form and post those details here.

Ladies and gentlemen having to become efficient as a whole to make room for class growth in any of the TORC offered classes is a great problem to deal with and should be welcomed by each racer that cares for outboard racing no matter the class !!!!!!!!!

I disagree Andrew. My post wasn't directly a response to you or your post but a general statement I guess. We should all be part of TORC because if TORC had no actual membership that was a drag race member and part of their own new drag race club formed by drag racers then where would a drag racer race ??

I myself would like to know more of your thoughts on this so I am clear as to what you are meaning.

I just sent an email to Mark Taylor the Membership Director for TORC to get the details of the costs and new 2016 membership form of there is one. Once I get a reply I will post the details.
Let's all support the club we race with and pay the small fee of membership dues to keep things moving forward.

Mark Taylor clarification: $35 Single racer membership fee prior to March 1, $50 thereafter.

There is NO reason that even a partially interested racer shouldn't pay the nominal $35 !!!!!
