They are great props, thick strong blades and aggressive pitch. A 26 works more like a 28". Best part is they are usually alot cheaper too lol .You can tune the takeoff with the size of the bleed holes behind the blades. What I did with one of my props is I iah John at Kawartha propellor machine the bleed holes out for the plastic Merc plugs, so it was easy to fine tune the size for take off.

Thanks Steve! I was talking to one of the knowledgeable lads there last week over
the phone. TopGun's been great too. Can you or one of the other pro's here inform
me on the diff. between a Raker and a Chopper for my applique from personal experience?
Mostly we's be in the 50+ range, but i'd like to be able to burn down
the lake occasionally with a light load, 2ppl, low fuel at 75+. (have a
leaking jackplate line that needs attending to
but that'll be attended to soon enough)
Looking fwd to your guys experience. It's difficult sometimes over at SCR&FL.
