Georgian Bay water levels look to be high to me, my fire pit was under water when I got up there yesterday.

I'm told the ice went out on Nine Mile Lake this past weekend.
Hope he's right because I'll be there Friday with the first boat of the season!

Bill are you on Nine Mile off of Southwood Road? I've always wanted to blast a boat down that lake, think of it every time when runnin' the stake line on the sleds.

Yes, I'm right down the lake from the Marina. Great lake to sled on, solid. Never seen a pressure crack either.
Boating is nice for a landlocked lake but there's only a couple spots where you can let it hang and not for that long.
Fantastic for water skiing.

Cops come way too often, ruined the evening cruise for all us cottagers....
