Is that just the trim setup or is it the hole motor?

Trim wise, you will see a number of options

1. Thru hull - some where on the site HeviKevi has a pic of his set up
2. Trim cylinder incorporated into jack plate, one off type stuff, Jake and I run this set up, I'll post pics later
3. Yamaha trim adapted to the omc swivel as above.
4. Combination jack plate trim cylinder made by CMC, not sure if anyone is running this but an option. http://www.cmcmarineproducts.com/produc ... -to-130-HP

Pictures of the thru hull trim I made up for mine. I can make these for others as well. The last picture shows the extra brackets I put on. One for the trim pump, and the other will hold the battery box. No need for extra holes in the transom as it uses the motor holes and they also serve as inner transom brackets.

Wow nice work Hevi Kevi, curious how you seal the trim ram shaft?

Thanks,

The hole is above the waterline but not by much. Some people use a shifter boot or something similar. I use Great Stuff expanding foam lol. I just put a light film of oil on where the cylinder moves back and forth and spray around it. Seals it all up well
