Dok should be all over this one.
As cool as it is the Ariel Atom V8 is feasible and it puts the power into speed....just like performance boaters...power to weight ratio, set up and cost to repair
That's one for VW freak lol...isn't that a giant version of the VW VR6?? The veyron is absolutely cool though. 250hp to go 250km/h is one thing...but the interesting thing is that it takes 4 times the power to reach it's 408km/h top speed. That's just insane to think about the amount of force that air puts on that car.
An integra type R would run 230 with 195hp...
This is the golden age of horsepower...I cannot believe the power available to the average joe today.
Just like a pair of VR6s, one of my favourite motors. As you say, I can't believe the factory hp available these days. My '11 Journey had almost 300 hp, insane torque steer, and enough passing power to surprise my 350Z owning ex-boss. The 600ish hp mustang in the shop a few months ago was a real eye opener. It idled smoothly, exhaust was raspy but not obnoxious, and I swear to fuck 3rd gear acceleration was exactly like the millennium falcon hitting warp speed... I'm hoping someone trades in a Hellcat soon!!!
