I am installing them in the next week or two... I'm confident that they rob top end. But I think it will be worth it. Jules hates the Lean... lol.

mitchie if you look at this pic of me passing you, you will notice that part of your hull will be out of the water a top speed so it shouldnt rob any top end. Image

So this year the Martini is going through a Complete Rebuild

New Stringers
New knees
New Floor
New Interior
New setback for twins
New Paint
and the cherry on top, twin 250xs

This thing will be bad to the bone.

A few sheets of Baltic and a bucket of vinyl...but mostly I'm thinking how happy I am that I'm far away lol.

yeah its not all that bad... motor is coming off saturday likly for good.. the real challenge will be tring to find a nice dual shifter and throttle that fit... prob end up getting BCB to re-do the dash a bit... gauge cluster stays the same except GPS is getting replaced with another RPM gauge.. then he'll run a GPS like mithchies Super boat..

You'll have to either change the dash to fit the shifter or go with a OEM style shift/throttle with only two sticks (like Jordan had). It's tight in there...

The helm probably needs an upgrade too..I'm not sure if the standard helm will push two HP 3L's...especially if you have to drive the thing.

Kevin will have to make a judgement call on the steering. My guess is it will have a link like the previous twin setup and only have one hydraulic cylinder.
