It's a pain in the ass because it's anodized.

Thanks Tom... Ive experimented on it a bunch now. I have settled with a sanding drum on a drill. Then a dremel with a drum around the screws. Then an orbital sander sander with verying grits. Next a hand sand with a sanding sponge. Then 400 and 600 paper by hand. Then a buffing wheel with mothers polish... Next an orbital polisher with mothers... Repeat the wheel and finish with the orbital.

I do not have to drive to make it any better.... A patient and driven kid(ie. me at 18.) would have done a better job.

So I installed some tabs... It was a huge fn' job getting all the right fittings and drilling a million holes. The tops of the rams are through bolted. Plus i learned that I hate stainless screws when I broke some heads off. We are redoing the transom next winter so it will do for now.

So now that you're experenced with the install perhaps you could help me rig some tabs up on the Hydrostream.
From what I read these will solve my chinewalking and porpousing issues
