Unless you really want to cut it up into a center steer just work on balancing the boat.
Allison guys have to do it all the time. I have 50 lbs of lead shot beside the passenger seat in my Grandsport. The extra weight there won't hurt top end.
Great speed.

Congrats! That's a helluva number out of the gate! I have to agree with procomp too, I'd work on balancing the boat as a 4 seater. Guess it depends on how often you are going to be carrying passengers at speed, and what sacrifices you're willing to make, but I think it would be cool to leave it side steer and throw some weight in the passenger side when you want to run it balls out by yourself.
