Your right Rick. A sport master would be the cats behind. But as far as this weekend goes.. The prop is getting bent no matter how you look at it.. So what would you do?

I could add cup to the existing prop and maybe get it to grip

By adding cup to make it grip are you not taking away stern lift, which is the purpose of this prop

you need to go to japan, hire a Japanese kid bring him here to use his natural ability to work on Yamahas, unlock the rev limiter on your hpdi and then your in business. :D

I just like a good cry once in a while.
There is nothing wrong with that.

Have you only swapped props and not played with heights when you change props ? Every prop needs something different. Height could be the answer.
And yes you can cup the trailing edge for grip. What's the actual rake degree ? What does the pitch start at and end at and how aggressive is the progressiveness of the pitch if at all. ?
Have you tried a true Mercury Lab 32 ET ?
A Hoss 34 would be worth a try as well.

And as said by some one earlier .... you cannot compare a Dewald vs any other prop out there !!!! Unless its a Hering :)
