Looking at another video from same guy... this seems to be Scotts Head at the Nambucca River mouth in Australia

They have some pretty cool stuff out there in Australia and New Zeland. Those little aluminum jet boats in the mountains are awesome. I asked where because I thought it was pretty cool to see the big rolling waves like that when the rest of the water was smooth and there was land fairly close on each side
