Hi Guys,
Heard some of you are now hanging here. I have friends on both forums and pretty much stay out of the crossfire, so all are welcome.

Looking forward to the 17th,
Dave

CANCELLED

Thought I'd post an idea and see of their is interest...

Been a few years since I've had the time to attend a number of our FBC events. Looks like I'm going to have some time on my hands this summer!

I'd really like to host one in the Honey Harbour area, have a Sat. fun run, corn roast at my cottage for the evening. Lots of room for tents, guests etc....

The HH area is well protected once you get north of Tomahawk Island. Also lots of nice places to swim in the bays.

Looking for a weekend that would not interfere with Drags and current events. Make a suggestion!
Current attendees:

1.Need Speed
2.Mitchie (Rice)
3.Jamescole (Rice)
4.Bmax
5.Dubber (Rice)
6.Himagain
7.The Bag Man (shotgun in something)
8.Talonkid
9.Binger
10.Captain Hook
11.Frankw
12.DoctorC (Rice):

Be good to see a bunch of ya!
Dave

RE 6ML this Sat
MOTOboat, if you're running anything 22' or less, bring it over, join us this Sat. You're 20min away.
Mitchie, bring ur boat over as well....or grab something out of Bagman's garage.

Hi Hydriod,
Love to but way too much stuff around the house to do this weekend. And to make it worse my daughter is still in REP Hockey Tryouts all weekend.

Just a reminder this is approaching soon. I will post a route soon and want to remind folks this is father's day weekend (I forgot).

Also the water is a little low this year so far, so I'll be marking the entry in our bay so folks know where to go. Idle and motor trimmed will be mandatory to get in the bay to park the boats.

The neighbours have said I can use their docks, but I'll also put out a few blocks with jugs people can tie the boat to overnight.

The small bay I'm on averages 3 feet deep it's easy to just walk to the shore if we run out of dock space.

For those Towing, Georgian Bay Landing (on Toby's Road) is the Marina I use I think its $5 a day parking and $10 in and out. Let me know if you want to park there and I can give the owner a heads up.

Finally I think we'll start the Sat at the Restaurant beside the Nautilus marine and aim for meeting around 11:00. I'll talk with the owner about arranging Dock Space and miring for ou lunch hour.

Looking forward to meeting many of you for the first time. Call me with any questions, suggestions.

Dave

Hi Folks,

Just looking for a show of hands of who is still interested in attending as I will be going to the Restaurant this weekend to see about parking arrangements for SAT lunch.

Also pls let me know if your considering staying over night at my cottage so I can ensure I arrange adequate docking! I think we'll be doing a POT LUCK type dinner so we'll probably need to make some arrangements on the SAT run to drive by the cottage and drop any provisions off prior to the longer run.

Looking forward to meeting many of you!

Sorry dudes and dudettes but this now the weekend that I am packing up the whole fam damly for our summer vacation. I have thought of every conceivable option to work both in but I don't see a way. This is shaping up to be a really great run.
