Nope...haven't bugged any of the guys to take a look at it yet. I'm at a stand still to be honest. We haven engines all over the place here but there isn't really an inventory of why exactly they were removed. Some have low compression...some are completely cooked. I haven't even got as far as a compression test on the 150 which is on it. I'm hoping to coax (with beer) on of the guys to spend an hour on it this week just to let me know the status of what I'm working with.

The worst part about being in the business is I never seem to have time to get my own shit in order! :lol:

It's alive! Had the boat out tonight on a shop tank pre-mixed until I get the old tank cleaned out. Runs well, topped out at about 55mph with a three blade aluminum. All the electrical checked out and the compression is fine. Next step is to go ahead and replace the steering tube, yolk and motor mounts. Parts on order tomorrow and hopefully in next week!

I would say keep it. You will have holes to fill in otherwise LOL! Plus it should help you plane faster and will be out on the water at higher speeds.

Motor is stripped and waiting on parts from Mercury. Should be back together soon!
