Thanks, good to know. Uh... Don't suppose you could let me know the location/purpose of said grey wire? I'd appreciate it!
Thanks, Mike.

Grey wire loop hanging out from under the ECM...right on the back of the motor...It is the rev limitier...cut it...no more limiter. This applies to any Carb/EFI 2.6 or 3.1L motors. The HPDI's do NOT have this...

I want to thank Ken for the use of his prop. That 32 lightning et works amazing at every speed!!

and btw ken.... i broke a driveshaft out in 5 mile and the prop is gone... your going to have to just chalk that up as a loss

of course kidding, thanks again

You are welcome  For me the prop works amazing as well except for top end, banging the limiter... My 34 cleaver runs 6 or 7 mph faster than the 32 ET. You have to try the cleaver  And I have to get rid of my limiter... :D

I would bet on your motor Ken the limiter is slightly more involved than "cutting the grey wire" lol

Just watched the video again, I like... See how the hull porpoises, then settle down and just hauls??? Mine acts the exact same way, it's ok up to about 40, porpoises until about 60, then levels out and feels awesome the rest of the way. I'll need to get in on some prop testing, the 24 doesn't quite cut it lol
