Rob's did 90 with less power...so...with hull mods it may just be. That is NOT an official statement so don't let it go to your head...

dont worry it wont... i have already set in my mind that anything over 86 is acceptable.... anything under i'm taking up sailing.

But is that actually true ... who knows.. We know it didn't go faster than 91... Because nobody lies backwards...
It ran 87 every day... But a best of 91.. Seems weird that there would be 4mph difference in everyday and top speed.

But who am I to say RBT wasn't going that fast after all he does know a thing or two.

Exactly...don't believe the guys that you actually know but the random internet dude is legit lol...

My SRV ran 90 everyday with a best of 93...that's 3mph. Dave's Soup Bowl had an even bigger spread....4mph is no big deal from your everyday setup to your balls to wall, no gas, cold air setup.

Isn't that part of the reason for our run being in late September???

Yes...according to facebook...

Did Rob tell you otherwise (about his challenger speed)?

I think it was RBT...but it might have been Phil....that actually cleared my original 93mph run off my GPS in the boat lol.

Chris (goneby) claimed 85 when he owned my challenger with 300xs power with minimal set up or props, and my challenger is a Tank that's not nearly as detailed or refined as yours

I spoke to the owner after rbt and he claimed about the same speed! I based my guestimate on this info. and the claimed motor mods being 337hp, 90+ should be no problem! The RBT challenger had the notched aerated hull, but James has the same setback and the wider pad should carry the motor weight setback nicely!
