Those 300's all looks so cute together... hehe.

I wonder if the 19' scorp is a derivative of the DL..... I also wonder if it could be made fast. Maybe with one of those 300's.... :)

Dave's got quite the collection lol.

The 19 from what I understand is actually a cut down 21...but it really does look more like the DL hull. I'd like to see all 3 together to compare. The other 19 was around here when I was younger and the owner claimed 82 with a 245 or Bridgeport...or whatever loud merc "racing" engine was available in the early 90's. I can vouch that is was significantly faster than my voodoo and was THE boat around here just for the noise it made. It did constantly porpoise though...but Dave and I thought that just added to the cool factor...but we were 14...so...

This 19 just needs to lose the setback or even add a set of the tabs like Wildcat had on his DL...the owner wants a cool day cruiser rather than a top end boat.

I love it out there...K and I camped out there one weekend. I didn't want to risk taking the charger out there overnight so we took our 14' tinny with a 25 on it. It was rough as hell getting out there...but beautiful once we got into the islands. Very cool spot.

There was a TON of machine work on the front end of that bike.... I kept the old school lester mags... SO the rotors and axles had to be machined as well as the steering head nonsense... Then it had a custom on off fork brace. I made those forks into a pretzel though.

Come for a day trip it's a great lunch spot.... You just have to stay in my prop wash... It's not a hard drive... Only about 15-30 mins depending on speed from Glenn Burney.
