Just a 2024 update on ECU Small 4 Stroke hp flashes
There are several companies selling upgrade flashes for these motors.
They allow better performance and increased the rev limiter to 7000 rpm . These motors are under 30 hp.

I did find a supplier who claims 17% increase with the 60 hp 4 stroke mercury and another two companies that have ideas. I couldn’t find any videos yet to confirm results.

If anyone can find videos of re-flashed 4 Stroke outboards 60 hp and under please post. There are several of us very interested to see how much they are improved.
