oh dear, now that was a daft thing to bring back up.

the engine you now have is a totally different animal, its a factory race motor.
its almost double the power at the prop. the only thing in common is 4 bolts to hold it on the back of your boat.

Dude, do you even read the shit you write? That's one of the most idiotic comments you've made yet. How is a slightly modified 70hp engine at the prop putting out almost double that of an engine rated 90hp at the prop? I'm glad you know these 2 engines I own so well. The whole time I thought they were identical...

because people dream of speeds that are just not possible with certain boats and engines.

16' Tuff with a 60hp on it ran 59mph, I can easily see 60 out of the Sutphen with a 90ho. Phillnjackoff you have to be the stupidest fuck I have ever seen on a boating forum, and I've seen lots. Not to mention this is a "For Sale" post, which here in the land of the polite (unless we have to deal with asshats such as yourself) is considered douche and unwelcome. Go post your bullshit posts and commentary over at Scream & Fly, those boys need some entertainment.
Rant over.
BTW great looking boat, no doubt it runs 60, GLWS.

I suggest you take a deep breath and go look at the comment again, I was infact answering checkmate.
checkmate said about his old engine and new engine and said about the 60 v 70mph of the boat now.
and I stick by what I said.
his old 49 cu in flywheel rated motor is about half the power of his new SST60 prop rated motor. is that so hard to take in ?
Nobody at all said anything about the 90 being less than the 70, you got that very wrong , easy done when excited.

Ah Now Allstock ... if I had wanted your advice or want to know what you think of me i would of asked you for it...
i think it best if you keep your opinions of me to yourself . i am pretty sure you dont realy want to get involved as
i honestly cannot see you taking the heat. .
Kevi is doing ok and i dont think he wants another member of the "special" club getting in the way.

Now after reading all that here is a bit for checkmate and kevin to read and keep.
Hevi Kevi will not be having a fit, he will be having a victory war dance when he sees this.

After reading the whole topic all over again and double checking, i noticed i made a mistake ( gasp! fuck it, oh bollocks, choke).
I will have to put my hands up big time on this one and say i got this one wrong,
yes that's right I am admitting i made a huge mistake and got this totally wrong.( you have no idea how hard this is to write)
I honestly and truly did not See those 2 little bastard letters on the engine cowling..
those 2 little fuckers are going to HAUNT ME me forever as i made a fuck up just because of not seeing them.
the difference is fucking huge as im sure both checkmate and hevi kevi know.
its 1 more cylinder and 430cc (26.3 cu in) difference to what i honestly thought it was.
Instead of using the pc i was on the poxy mobile and di not even dream about them being there.
I just read e-tec90 and knew it was bollocks about 60 plus mph.

so yes i am wrong and i will also be posting an apology to checkmate about this on the main forum.
by the way those two little bastard letters that make me wrong were infact
H.O

the H.o is an entirely different motor, its a 115 detuned to 99hp_ my fault for not noticing it

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ What he said. Other than the pure entertainment of your idiotic ramblings you add zero to this forum. That shitheap contraption of yours you mistakenly think is a "Performance boat", isn't, so I'm not sure why you spend so much time on a forum "HIGH performance boating CANADA", other than to be an annoying troll and use up bandwidth lol.
