is amsoil hp good stuff? thats what iv been useing ...i dont know what the last owner used but i can say i'v noticed alott of the carbon build up on the pistons is gone. when i first got it home i looked down the plug holes and the pistons we're pretty dirty and the plugs had alott of carbon built up on them,,,the amsoil and 91 seems to have cleaned it up,(i'v changed the plugs) sould i use sea foam it? my compresson is 150 145 ,.,it was 130 on all cylenders when i got it home and tested it on day 1...very off topic oops

I run the Yamalube, $39 bucks for 4 liters. it's a synthetic blend. the blends are preferred by alot of builders for steel liner motors. and the elite castaways!

that's what im thinking way high i fugure there is alott of carbon in it,

my excell is between 135 and 150 , I saw in the prevous owners posts he mentioned heads by hydrotech, but jetting is still stock , so I think that is what they have. If I had your boat , I would install bow tank from your friend, midsection from rick, and try and get a dual cable steering setup, that boat will hall ass.

thank you for all your advise and help i will ask about the bow tank meeting rick next week and i am supposed to go talk too my buddy drew at mortimers about dual cable and hot foot......things are looking up for the old winder....

or you can us Lucas which is a preimum oil 45.00 4l tax in for the tcw3 and 40 for our semi synthetic 2 stroke race oil.

i get amsoil for $41/4L hp marine claimes no ring sticking no piston scuffing and NO CYLINDER WEAR....that seems like a pretty big claim......
