To All Drag Racers,

I'm trying to organize information to assist our Drag racing coordinators for 2016. The first step towards having a safe, fun and successful season as a group we need to be race ready. We all know about the time and money we're willing to put into our boats - some attention needs to be paid to the paper work that keeps us in a cozy huddle with TORC and all other parties involved that make this happen. That being said. We need to be registered with CBF and have our release forms and be full voting TORC members. Here is the list I have for 2016 - if I missed anyone I will add them to the list (name, username, boat and class). Please indicate to me if you have signed up or registered. I will actively update this list so we can all work together towards helping each other get this finalized.

For CBF: Print and fill out these three forms and make your check out to Canadian Boating Federation ($70) and Mail it to the address listed on the Racing Form. Make sure they are filled out completely and include your return address or phone number to assist them if there are any issues.

For TORC: Print and fill out the form completely. I recommend you also include any wives, girlfriends, kids etc that may be involved with your racing. Make the check out to Toronto Outboard Racing Club and mail it to the address in the form.

If anyone racing drag is having an issue with this or doesn't understand any part please contact me via PM and I will walk you through it to ensure everything is done properly. I can even email you the forms etc. I appreciate everyone's efforts on this matter. We need this completed or at least in motion BEFORE the Jan 23 meeting with TORC. I would like to be able to say DRAG group is race ready!

Hey Guys
Reading the CBF release for it is for one boat and motor so I assume I need to register both boats with CBFNC does anybody know for sure?

Lise from CBF is on vacation - I spoke with Norm briefly about payment methods etc. I would just add both boats to the registration form and just sign the release.

Apparently we don't need the medical... Did you send in your CBF yet?
