Planning on installing a speedo in the Seebold, might even give it a wax.

Depends if it was tired I guess...mine ran mid 90's and Mitchie's triad was always a bit faster than me with equal power so I bet it would work pretty good.

What do you guys recommend for flotation for a T class boat?
I see that some people have been using noodle's?
And what size fuel tank do you guys recommend?

I use a couple of different products in both Voodoo & Critch, depending on space and how I cam secure within boat.

Noodles: large diameter 4" or 5", know radius( V=Pixr2xlength), squirt door/window crack filling foam into each end, now you can use whole volume without deducting center 1" hole. Noodles are good down side of boat, strap them together on each side.
Blue foam dock floatation: cut to fit specific space, strap down.

Most use 12L tank on race course, ample capacity for 2 heats(5 laps each). alternative to use 25L tank on lake for testing/regular use.

I bought the smaller 2.5" x 57" long pool noodles with a .75" hole thru the center from the local Home Hardware because that's all they had and they gave me a good price on them. I used about 42 of them and stuffed them in the sides of the boat. I can tell you 100% for sure that this will float a Critchfield with a 3 cylinder OMC. As Hydroid said, 12L tank is more than enough to get you through 2 heats.
