I used to make those with my Dewalt angle grinder and a set of allen keys. Mine looked a little nicer though.

Very very nice!!!
There is so much work involved in making something like this.
Concept, CADD design, CNC program conversion all takes place even before you think about buying raw materials. Jigs, clamps, machine set-up, etc.
It looks simple when it's all together, but the work is significant, to say the least.
