Ted and I weighed the boat ( top secret ) and we are going to race Lake Racer and Super Stock.
I have some minor work to do to shed a couple lbs out of her and told Ted he's only eating ice for two weeks prior but we will be racing.
Hope a few more will be racing from here as well. Ill be glad to lend a hand in any way to anyone that is interested in setting up for Jasper.

Great,
I hope Northbase does too, along with Archer and Blake, we should have a good showing!

Need to get my hands on some accurate scales and some SQUEEZE.
Trying to put together a test weekend at my place for anyone who's thikin' 'bout headin' to Jasper, possibly Sept 15 or 22.
Who's interested?

Haven't been there in a couple years now, but you guys are making the trip sound very tempting.

Ya man. I could talk Ted into that for sure. All we need is two Bleach Jugs, rope and two weights.

We weighed in at a CAT Scale. +|-5lbs guarrenteed !!! We are in with Ted, gear and ready to race weight at 1440. For SuperStock Pro we need to get down to 1300 ( not likely but I have about 25-35lbs I can shed in it ) and for Lake Racer Pro we can't weigh less then 1390 lbs.

Jason you can run
Pro 1/4 mile :
Lake Racer and have to weigh no less then 1710lbs ( recommended )
Modified Production 1450 lbs ( worth a try )
V6 Pro 1500 lbs ( deffinately worth a try )
Pro Gas 1425 lbs ( you will get half track'd )
Pro Fuel ( same as Pro Gas but more then half track'd )
Outlaw 1/8 mile :
Bass &Ski 1600 lbs ( worth a try )
River Racer 1200 lbs ( possibly worth a try but a long shot )
Pro Mod 1400 lbs ( not really worth a try but if you're going all that way might as well )

We weighed at the 5th Wheel in Bowmanville as race ready , then went down the road and dumped the boat in the drink , returned to the scale and re-weighed. 1440lbs with almost no fuel , driver with full gear , prop , etc etc.

Classes under pro 1/4 mile
Pro 1/4 mile :
Lake Racer and have to weigh no less then 1710lbs ( recommended ) That is a shit load of weight to have to add
Modified Production 1450 lbs ( worth a try ) Can't rules say no after market tuner
V6 Pro 1500 lbs ( deffinately worth a try )
Outlaw 1/8 mile :
Bass &Ski 1600 lbs ( worth a try ) I still think I would need to add 100lbs

I think it is V6 Pro and bass and ski for me! Gotta weigh the boat
