No Ken this was discussed for 2015. If you can prove a 12" mid is the reason a 1550lb boat won against the same powered boat that weighs 1550lbs but runs a 20" mid and is the same boat then I'll agree to change the rules back. 12" mids were allowed in 2015. A 1550lb boat is a 1550lb boat.

What's the reason you want a 12" mid taken out ? We had this discussion last year Kenneth ;)

The more people innovate the better. Our Lake Racer is almost an Outlaw class. . . a 1550lb boat is a 1550lb boat.
Hope to see some cool shit out of the Boomer camp !!!

Boomer, you planning a short mid, love it. Totally legal and can't wait to see it.

Winter racing is almost as much fun as the real thing.

The best part is the competition is getting closer and everyone is getting into it.

Can't wait to see the mod's everyone brings to the table.

I predict a great very close race season in this class oh yeah

Kenny, you were right
I can see the writing on the wall already, a Rocket or an Ally purpose built with a twelve inch mid that has to add weight and limited to 150psi is still gonna kill us.

Here is a simple question, how many of you guy's not involved in racing are running a twelve inch mid just for fun?

Twelves, shiftable or not don't belong in this class.

Ken I'll ask the same question here as the other site.

Why does a 12" mid make you think that means a winning package at the same weight & power vs one with a 20" mid ? Honestly a 12" mid is not a 25lb bottle of nitrous !
