All,

In the wake of a truly successful inaugural race weekend, the City of Peterborough immediately reserved the same weekend in 2018 for us. Because of you, they deemed it one of the best and most universally approved events the city has had in years. To continue the momentum, the next step is to step up.

On November 4, 11:00 a.m., we will hold the first OPBRA Annual General Meeting to review 2017 and own 2018. Perennial hosts Greg and Jackie Keeling have once again opened up their home and property to everyone. “Allison Wonderland” is pretty central for most, and we hope everyone can attend this social and administrative shindig. Feel free to show up as early as 9:00 to catch up, try to convince Greg to sell a prop off “The Wall” (and fail), and grab an early bite. The formal AGM will kick off at 11:00 sharp.

Important notes:
- Sponsors are our lifeblood, and they have been simply amazing to and for us. Continue to thank them profusely, even if the repeated man-hugs and tears become embarrassing or awkward.
- Keelings’ address: PM Northbase or any executive member of OPBRA
- Full Competition and Associate Members have voting rights. Please use them!
- Any rule change proposals should be submitted by November 1, 2018 and will be reviewed.
- Do not assume that the current executive continues status quo for 2018. OPBRA needs everyone’s help to succeed, and 2018 will be the first chance the association has to get more people involved in the planning and execution of an expanding calendar.
- Inviting aroma of a complementary pizza lunch will be outshone only by the scents of nearby fiberglass and mechanical bits.
- RSVP so we can plan for numbers/food
