The 14's are different to the 13's and the 15's. There were a few 1 off 14's with different width pads. On a kilo run a 14 with hugh setback [1 foot] actually set the EP record at 70-71 mph [49 OMC]. I believe they made 3 of the kilo boats. Randy W on 6 mile has one. The 14's did not run as well or handle as good as the 15 with the 99 cubic inch motors. They were not as quick as the 13's on the race course with EP motors. However, with 6 inches of set back and a pure SST60 they a very good lake runner and with a mod 90 a good DRAG combo. Since this is a copy [splash] you would like to know more about the history and who made it.

I believe it is a Royalcraft copy. A buddy by our cottage restored the boat and ran it for a few years, sold it to another islander who ran it for a few years and sold it to the current owner without power I think

Yes, this is our boat. $2500 boat and trailer with setback and custom cover. I have a 75 Merc 4 cyl that could go with it. Comes with a parts motor. Make an offer! 7053285000
Dave.

How do you think it might run with a Mercury 115 inline 6 ?

Too much weight ?

The boat had a v4 johnson on it after being rebuilt. It should handle the weight fine but you would definitely want the 16" mid for it. The center of gravity with the v4 was pretty high, it would be worse with the inline 6 unless it has the short shaft mid

Yep. I don't have a short mid, regular 88 115.
Figured it might be a little too awkward for it.

If I had an engine for it I'd buy it off you.
Good looking little boat though, good luck with the sale if it hasnt sold yet.
