Most of the few remaining SST 60 boats are members in this race club. In the race videos I have watched over the last few years , the boats appeared slower to me and the engine sound didn’t have the high rev ringing sound I remembered.
This video demonstrates both....the majority of the field is slower....the leader video Boat is more like a good running SST 60.
I enjoyed listening to the sound of that motor....the acceleration and bow lift out of the turns and the top end stern wobble as the boat gets a bit light.
