1996 Merc 150 XR-6 2.5L with 20" mid. I am the second owner and bought it in 2003 with 47 hours on it (it has 143 hours on it now). It has solid motor mounts, 4-hole CLE lower unit with 1.87 RH gears, high performance reeds and tuner, an Alien cowl, and a 225 ProMax exhaust plate. It also had new spark plugs and complete water pump assembly installed last season (2014). The motor has been very reliable & trouble free. It currently has between 125 and 128 psi compression on all six cylinders. I was going to install a 225 ProMax drop-on but then my plans changed and I sold the boat it was on.
