Boat is sold.

I bought this as a project earlier in the year and was planning to work on it over the winter. I bought a T-850 boat to race next year instead and would like to get my money back out of this or close to it. It will need transom work and the engine has low compression on one cylinder. I'd like to sell just the boat and trailer without the motor, jack plate, steering, controls or gauges for what I figure a nice factory trailer is worth. Does $1200 sound out of line? I been told I can get the transom done for about $1000.
