This class had its beginning in ONE race Club in the United States. We mentioned them in 2013 viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1117 The class has evolved to become popular and now it will get the opportunity to be shown with TV coverage. In Europe they race T850 (70CES Yamaha) and GT60 (60 hp mercury 4 stroke). The numbers in each class are small so they started combining the classes. Like VP75 both T850 and GT60 racers mostly race celled boats.. The European boat is a wing style hull. The GT60 performance has improved . We had a GT60 SSV hull race in T750 here a few years ago.
