More great video.
Some facts about that race.
We had our first celled boat...Tammy raced that boat in later years.
Boat was very heavy!
We had our first Tohatsu/Nissan on that same boat.
The first motor they raced was a 2 cylinder 55 hp. This looks like the second motor a 3 cylinder 50 hp.
and it is a T750 motor. Doesn't do too bad for a small motor on a heavy boat.

Paul is by far the class of the field. He sets the CBF record, but for some reason the record
is still not in the CBF book!


Paul's boat later became Jim's 911 boat with a different back cowl. Eric Gordon, the rear cowl on your Critchfield is the cowl off of Pauls boat.
I believe Tims boat became Redways then Majors then Gordons-then Allans then John or Larry's Critchfield.

Well I got the plaque hanging on wall
1991 cpf ep 5 mile 59.995 avg
and look at all the boats I lapped was turning 63/64 mph laps for the first 3 laps

Hey Hounddog....I bought the Critchfield#302 in 86 and owned/drove it until I sold it to Brian Rodway in maybe 92...The last couple races in Dunnville I had Tim drive for me as he was 50 lbs lighter...Jim

That has to be the longest lasting EP boat ever. It could be racing in T this year!

Paul, it seems your not the only one that has their record missing from the CBF record book. I think we can get yours in. Erik can help. Let's get it corrected.
