thats a huge list you've accomplished! I'm really expecting 93 from it with the hp added! just remember even 5 mph at these speeds is a big gain! I would have liked to see it run with the same engine to really know what speed differential the bottom work did!
no matter what speed it runs, it's a beautiful boat!

Looks Great James. The fit seems to be bang on. Can't wait to see it in person.

How are you hinging? Are you going to use gas lifts to hold it up?

I am going to use hatch hinges from CC marine to mount the back then I'm going to bolt rectangle nylon stoppers in all 4 corners so the hatch sits at the right level and having it on all 4 corners I hope give it enought strangth to walk it.. Then I'm going to use classic Yamaha snowmobile rubber hood latches to hook it down at the front.

When I have the hatch up I will use my paddle to keep it up while I'm under there .... Lol

93 is not going to happen.. Lol. I would be happy with 5 mph.

Remember the thread "what's 5 mph worth to you" .......

Don't worry i'm not going to paint it. once the motor and trailer get in on the Orgy it will look bad ass.

2x4s!!!! Yet again another use of 2x4s for setting up your boat. All riggers should have a few of these on hot standby because you just never know when you need em!
