I haven't had time to watch it either but wow that sucks, from what he was saying after the race he was legal according to UIM overlap rules, his post about it has recently been deleted though lol

I raced in the PTT with Shaun when he was racing F2.
I ran in the sst45 class. Shaun & his father helped everyone.
They are a great racing family.
Everyone running has one thing in mind, win, win, win!!

I think they pulled the licence because he was killing everyone in the UIM series.
If it was a local racer, this would not happen.

I know his father well & Shi* will hit the fan.
Great class to race in, if you survive the first turn.
Its like running bumper cars!

With Torrente's record of ten GP's and six crashes, the UIM officials obviously thought the driver's record put other drivers at risk. That would be the only reason.

It was his 6th crash.
It happened on a restart and it seemed to be a risky move with a lot of laps left. It's hard to say if he got chopped by Sellio or he went for a pass that wasn't really there. A tough break for a talented guy. I been around Shaun quite a bit and I think he's had some bad luck and some mistakes. Hope he gets back on track. QMSF has their lawyers involved now a well
