I want to go watch during the weekend, but what is it exactly that will be taking place? What time is everything happening? What are the differences between Saturday and Sunday? As I was thinking of going on Sunday only.

Racing usually starts around 10.....ish.
Going to try to run drags earlier in the day on Sunday due to scheduling issues with the tractors we have available for working the boat launch.

Boat has some issues right now that need to be fixed before I can drive it... It's hopefully being fixed soon, but not in time for the races, or I would be there with my boat

Bring ur boat. You won't be racing. You'll get enough honest & brutal advice to spin your head.
Get there 9am Sunday, take your boat through parking lot to baseball diamond where other Drag/T boats parked.
You will not get through after 9:30am, parking lot will be closed to traffic.
Come see what it's all about, participate.

What issues?
We've had guys show up at my place on Friday night with thier stuff in pieces, unrigged and missing parts. Thrashed for a few hours and had em on the water and racing Saturday morning.
We have the technologie......

I need a lower unit and a drag prop

And then someone to convince the GF that I can't go to pride with her and her friends anymore on Saturday lol...

The second one is the more difficult one at this point I think

Send a cardboard cut out of yourself to pride or maybe get Rob Ford to take your place . phone Boomers House of Bridgeport and see if he has a lower unit in stock and someone will get you a prop.
