Friend of mine is looking at buying a 16' Boston Whaler.
Boat is about 40 yrs old.
History is known since new.
Well looked after and it's been restored.
Power is an 05ish Yamaha 60 hp 4 stroke.
Whatcha think its worth?

Because it's a whaler...probably $7k if it's a boat house boat.

Speaking from experience. Boston Whalers on Lake Muskoka can really vary in price. Some models are really in demand. First find out what model and year it is. We had two 17 foot whalers sell on our bay in the last couple of years. Both the same model. One sold for $12,000.00 and one for $4500.00. The $4500.00 boat was the better boat! If I was selling one and knew it was a demand model. I would hold off for the big dollar. There is money and there is Muskoka money. If they like it. The price does not matter.
