I love the interaction within the group on this site. Did anyone ever think about a Bragging Rights Challenge Cup? The format could be something like this. Select a boat...It will be the only one used for the contest. Say you select an 18 foot Charger DL for example with a 200 Mercury. You weigh the boat and motor with the tanks full and add a weight for the driver [say 225 lb.] That is the weight for every one in the contest. So the playing field is equal for all. Power head for the contest is say a 2.5 carb motor The contestant can only bring their powerhead and their prop. Whoever gets the best top speed on that boat wins. |

Good idea but I already have enough winter projects... - One Rat Cat - One Rad Rod The Rat Cat needs hull work, the Rat Rod needs cubic $$ and hull work. Not much in the budget for another block |
