I know there quite a few with Wild Winter Play grounds AKA Shop to play boats Lets see what your working with...

Heres my Top Secret Team 80's 40' x 100' bunker... Heated of course, over head crane in the back for rigging, 1 million gallon quad piston compressor, lounge area/ Team 80's idea Room.... much more.

oh yes M.R.S Parry sound... that would be Rickys 20ish by 40ish Shop beside his 2 wide to 2 deep Garage where he keeps his boats... the guy has more space than god..

that would be a sick Lounge/ or henry apartment for brining parry sound whores home when hes older...
