here's a add from kijiji about some guy warning others that most untouched hydrostreams have rotten core...thats fine with me....but, the first pic is james old boat witch, to my knowledge, was redone. and the second pics is form ronnie's boat from s&f that was wrecked but NOT AT ALL caused by a rotten core....people need to watch out what pics they use...

my opinion.

I messaged him correcting his info.

Ronnie's stuffed and it may well have been rotten but that's not what caused the crash I believe...

Did the OP of that kijiji add explain what triggered him to run such a thing in the first place? I have been looking for a boat all summer and have steared away from old Streams for that exact reason. I don't have the knowledge/experience to differentiate between a good and a bad one on my own, and getting burned is of little interest to me, that's one of the reasons I have signed up here.

hopefully he does correct his post/add. I get his point tough. un-educated people need to know this. heck, I knew and got burnt anyways on my first boat...pics showing clearly what he wants to explain would give alot mo credibility to his post.

All old boats need work...

A 25 year old sea ray needs work the same way a 25 year old hydrostream does...
