This motor has been on the shelf for a few years. Last time it ran I blew a gearcase, and decided to open it up a bit to see how it was doing, so I pulled the heads. Glad I didn't just go out and get another gearcase, but it also meant I gave up on it for a while. Just getting into it again, and I think the bottom 2 cylinders have sucked in some water, so I pulled the exhaust divider out and found this :

Any thoughts? The divider doesn't show signs of any cracks, but I think I'm missing a gasket that fits down the centre of the engine and seals to the divider. Gasket at the top looks like it may have been leaking? I'd appreciate any input.
Thanks!
