a 1" hole saw and cordless drill attached to a fairly steady redneck taking about 1" of the spline material from the backside will alow you to run the prop on the omc. my Beaverton redneck 2 cents....

Thats not the problem.... I purchased the prop......not looking at the splines and 95 % of the splines are worn out they are paper thin
